- Long-term experience in using the main national and international norms for steel and concrete construction pipe design:
- Static, thermomechanical and dynamic analyses carried out with general purpose softwares like Ansys and GT-Strudl.
- Sesimic analyses of steel structures, pressure vessels, towers, columns
- Wind analyses of chimneys and towers.
- Piping flexibility analyses performed with software like Caesar II e Propipe
- Risk analyses as per the New Approach European Directives, especially New Machine Directive, ATEX and the referenced European Norms.
- Safety valve calculation as per Italian Raccolta E, EN 14126, API RP-520, API RP-521.
- Hazardous areas classification as per API RP-505, API RP -14F, CEI EN 60079-10
- Design and verification of chimneys in accordance with ASME STS-1, CICIND, CECM N. 52, EN 13084, ENV 1998.
- Development of specific calculation sheets for design and certification/validation of pressure equipment (vessel, heat exchangers, piping, safety valves, expansion joints, etc.) in accordance with the standards above mentioned.
- Construction drawings developed in Autocad and Progecad.
- Extended and well-established use of the most common softwares for editing, calculation, programming and presenting.
- Any project based on a rigorous quality policy, with a particular attention to the documentation management.
